Home Exercise & Rehab is designed for anyone who has decided to start a gentle exercise programme at home. This website provides comprehensive exercise videos, for specific regions of the body, as Pay Per View or Download options. Whether you are recovering from injury or surgery; or have been diagnosed with muscle or joint problems, or just want to stay fit and active, Home Exercise & Rehab provides a valuable resource, which gives you the necessary support to exercise safely and effectively alone at home.

Each of the films on this website, are formatted in such a way that they can be easily practised and help to resolve the common problems that people face with their exercise and rehabilitation programmes.

* After acute injury or surgery and the initial physiotherapy phase, these films will assist you in improving your strength and flexibility further, in order to resume your normal daily activities or sports
* If you have been diagnosed with a spinal, muscle or joint problem, and have been advised by your GP or consultant that regular exercise will be beneficial, you can select the relevant film, specific to the affected area of your body, to enable you to exercise safely and effectively at home
* You may just need an easy-to-follow, reliable exercise programme, if you prefer to exercise at home or you don’t have access to a gym or personal trainer
* These films allow you to maintain your fitness and mobility while travelling, via your laptop. This is extremely useful if you have to manage a chronic joint problem, such as arthritis or a muscle imbalance.

Physiotherapists, Osteopaths, Surgeons and Sports & Rehabilitation Therapists can also now simply instruct their patients to download the relevant films from this website, rather than using stick diagrams and exercise lists. We believe this website will be of particular benefit to:

* people with limited mobility or chronic pain, such as arthritis, postural problems, ME or fibromyalgia sufferers
* patients after being discharged following surgery and immediate post-operative rehabilitation
* Following acute injury (such as sports injuries, muscle, ligament and joint sprains, and fractures) or to regain your pre-injury fitness level
